A previous winner of the National BMX Series, Isabelle ('Izzy') Ferrada, 15, has been the youngest competitor in the top Female BMX Racing class 'Championship' in 2010 and 2011.

Izzy came 5th in the Series in 2011 and will continue to race for the Redman Rockstar Energy Drink BMX Race Team, but in 2012 will return to her own age group class 15-16 yr Female.

In 2009 and 2010, Izzy raced for the AlansBMX/Shimano DXR Team. This included a win in Round 13 of the European Series. She is shown on the podium flanked by Ynske Tichelt (Belgium) and Anna Rojas (Switzerland).
